As with outdoor activities, it is important for every scout to be prepared for the weekly Troop meeting.  When scouts are ready for a meeting, learning and advancement run smoothly and there is more time available for fun activities.

Having a small bag or backpack with the required items is a good way to keep things from getting misplaced during a meeting.  Additionally, making sure all clothing and personal items labeled with a scout's name is very important to make sure they don't get mixed up with other scout's identical items.
